Shoryuken.com announced that EVO is working with Capcom and Gamestop to kick off the, "Biggest Street Fighter tournament of all time."

Round 1 is scheduled to start on February 21, 2009 in cities all over the USA (.pdf). The list of Gamestop locations that are hosting an event is 47 pages long — so you should be able to find a spot very close to you even if you live in outlying areas.

The top 16 finalists will win a 3 day 2 night trip to the this tournament's finals and an automatic bid to the EVO 2009 Championship series.
