The SFD team has launched a
new Street Fighter artwork website.
Inside you'll find a ton of images of your favorite characters, which is perfect if you're looking to create some new wallpaper or get artwork for a custom stick. There's lots of official pieces and some community works as well.
Also on StreetFighterDevotion.com they have
an interview with Eagle One Media who are the guys behind the animated DVD based on the Street Fighter graphic novels by Udon Comics.
They discuss what went into developing the DVD and what viewers can expect. Here's a clip from the interview.
SFD: How long has this DVD been in development?
ERIC: Each DVD takes about 5 months to complete. We’re essentially creating a full-length animated video story with the artwork from a complete graphic novel and adding in animation elements, voice-over, music, and special effects.
It’s not a simple cut and paste process because you have to see what the pace of each story element is and perhaps move certain clips around so it makes sense in video form.
