Is there an update in the works for Marvel vs. Capcom 2, and will it re-enable making it so people have to unlock characters?
Sven: We're mulling an update for a few bug fixes, but we don't view re-adding the unlockables as an improvement on a 10 year old game. We do realize that a few people miss that functionality, but to add it back in at this point would be hundreds of thousands of dollars in development and testing cost.
For something that isn't widely desired, this isn't something we're going to be able to commit to.
