The SF Blog put out issue #2 of the Street Fighter magazine recently. Ryu's encounter with Sagat wasn't a coincidental one, neither now nor looking back when SFI debuted. Sagat's own projectile, even nicknamed the "tiger hadoken" back in the day, fueled a burning suspicion within the minds of both Ryu and especially Ken. The duo back then entered Sagat's tournament blindly accusing the MC of SFI for the demise of their nameless master.
