Shoo and Fallback gave me a heads up the other day about their site, Joystickvault.com. They have the largest collection of joystick photos on the net (as far as I've seen), including tips on how to build your own.

Some of the custom builds they have posted are completely unique — from curved body designs to full out painted cases with LEDs.
