Magazine scans show Gouken in Street Fighter 4
As previously hinted at, it looks like Gouken is making his way into Street Fighter 4, as this scan from a Japanese magazine shows.
If the above is true, playing against a CPU controlled Gouken should be unlocked on Sept. 26 via a code Capcom sends out to arcade vendors.
What has been rumored has finally happened after all these years.
And just because we're feeling saucy, here's EGM's old write up about how to unlock Sheng Long (Gouken) in Street Fighter 2, which turned out to be an April Fool's joke.

I wonder if he's going to be playable.
Also, if he is playable, I wonder if he's going to be a valid character, or something that is purposely overpowered and generally unused in tournaments, like Gill.
