Gouken may be unlocked in Street Fighter 4 on Sept. 26
Azreal on the Shoryuken.com message boards provided a nice translation of the latest entry on the official Japanese Development Blog.
Here's what's currently suspected.
- Hints point to another computer controller character being unlocked on Sept. 26, 2008
- The character who will be unlocked logically follows Akuma (Gouken?)
- Maybe you've only seen this character's shape/profile up til now
- There will be another announcement this Friday, Sept. 19, 2008
Other people have speculated Gen or Evil Ryu from the Street Fighter Alpha series could be the character mentioned.

Man I hope that it's Gouken and not Gen or Evil Ryu.....If it isn't Gouken I'll be pissed

Sounds a lot like Gouken to me, but it wouldn't be unlike Capcom to throw people for a loop. They like to do that some times.

Man Gouken will be awesome in this but i wouldnt say no to E.Ryu

Street Fighter is rather notorious for cheaply adding in "new" characters by just making more Shoto clones. Is this just going to be Gouki's body with a different head on it?
