GameSpot has posted a video from the Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix tournament held last month in San Francisco.

There's a ton of interviews and a few matches, but they keep cutting away mid-scene for more commentary.

Definitely worth checking out though, but it would have been nice if they kept the camera on the action.
