Capcom posted some photos of the new Japanese Street Fighter 4 sticks made by Hori. Here's the low down.

The PS3 version will set you back 9,800 yen (about $98 in United States dollars), and the XBox 360 is going for 7,980 yen XBox (about $79 in United States dollars).
These are Hori made sticks — a company considered by many to be one of the best stick makers around — and according to the Japanese SF4 site, these will be released at the same time as the console versions of the game.
For those of you more interested in how the
Mad Catz sticks are looking Seth Killian chimed in on the
Unity boards.
Seth: Hori is definitely an industry leader, and make some of the best peripherals around. They are handling the SFIV sticks for Japan, and we're doing our own thing in the West.
As a tournament pro who has been playing on and modding home sticks since before Street Fighter was even released on consoles, I still say we're on track to create the best product on the market, so I hope you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Just in case you thought he was kidding by the above statement, he went further.
Are we getting a rundown on these new Mad Catz sticks anytime soon?
Seth: We're basically just waiting a bit until some of the prototypes reach a more polished form. Once we get there, I'll hit you with so many details that you'll cry. Each stick contains 20% love!
Anyway I may do a little tease soon--thanks for the bump. I'm working closely with a talented crew at Mad Catz (believe it!) and I believe these are going to be the best joysticks and fighting pads on the market (and yes, I have played them ALL).
