Also AdverseSolutions translated the latest SF Dev blog entry that explains what some of the new costumes are.
Ryu: Worn-out sleeveless gi, exposed at the top.
Chun: Erotic dress.
Blanka: Explorer style.
M. Bison (Dictator): Normal clothes are worn-out, with no hat.
Honda: Decorative loincloth.
Fuerte: Cook.
Rufus: Coat instead of the suit which shows his bellybutton.
Guile: Charlie's clothing.
Viper: Leather outfit.
Zangief: Mike Haggar's outfit.

RYU: Ryu's war-torn costume just shows how much of a true fighter he is. It's probably the best costume as far as matching the chracters go. He even has some cuts, scraps, and a nice solid black eye. Hardcore.
CHUN-LI: I expected better then this. Not "more revealing", but definatly sexier. "Hmmm...I wonder what would turn me on right now the most? OH SWEET! Chun-Li in a dress she probably wore to her senior prom! *fap fap fap*"
BLANKA: Blanka is now a joke chracter and will remain as such until this costume is forgotten...along with Poison (Hugo's man/girl in 3rd Strike).
M. BISON: Bison's is the same idea as Ryu's, but it's a actually a little more fantasy when you think abotu it. I consider Bison to be "untouchable" and always "perfect". Something about this is almost applaude worthy.
E. HONDA: Ummm...yep. You're a sumo. You're wearing sumo clothes. We get it. OH! They're different?! I call cop-out on this one. Just another way to not spend as much time on the costumes.
EL FUERTE: Fuerte is a cheap rip off of Tekken's Marshall Law. He's had the same alternate costume for 3 games now and we're just starting to find this style "funny"? This is not funny. The line "Super dynamic...COOKING TIME!" is a real knockout though.
RUFUS: OH HOO-F******G-RAH! Another fat guy wearing something "fat people wear". pffft.
GUILE: I agree. There should be more then just this and Zangief's cotume though. I think each character should have a costume that represents someone who is missing from this game, even if they aren't a Street Fighter. HELL...I'd LOVE to see a Sakura costume that makes her look like MegaMan's Roll.
