Sven: Nope. Never heard of it. And unless it's older than my tenure here (3 years), seeing as I'm on the greenlight committee globally as well as being part of the team that manages our 5 year product roadmap, I can say it never existed in any, even proposal, form.
TAS: The only crossover I believe to ever officially be announced but never happened was Sammy vss Capcom, and that was because Sammy and SEGA merged, voiding the contract Sammy had with Capcom, as they were no longer Sammy at that point and instead a different company (SEGA-Sammy).
