Cammy and Fei Long start doing their thing around 6 minutes 33 seconds in, plus this 1up show video has interviews with a lot of the big names in the Street Fighter scene at KEYSTONE II.
The clip mostly covers the same Street Fighter 4 stuff we've been hearing all along though, but worth checking out to see the new characters in action.
