Paul is my Tekken main. If Namco can make Paul age and look older from game to game, why can't Capcom make Ryu and Ken age the same way? Even Akuma has white in his hair while Ryu and Ken look like they're still in their 20's. Phoenix Smasher rules all! :)

He's really powerful.Just picked it up at 12:01 haven't played anybody else im going try to put up a video of BNB combos. Paul Phoenix All Day!!!!!

Paul feels good. Learning how to sway is damned essential. I like him--and his Mortar Punch is a Tatsumaki killer with proper spacing. Has a lame start-up, though, so if someone is keen they can see it coming. Should probably use it to end combos but sway is so much better and safer.

Phoenix Smasher is a great combo ender. And safe on block.

Paul's pretty good in this game in the very short time I've played. Will definitively been playing him some more in the future.

My impressions is that he is quite bad. He is VERY slow in many aspects, he has no solid reversal, he has no solid anti-air, he has no good ways to work in on others and from what I've experienced so far he has no safe special moves.

Don't get me wrong, I love playing with this guy. Altough mostly because his moves look so slick, haha.

I've never cared about Paul too much in Tekken. But I really like him in this game. Has become a definite main, which I never expected.

I'll grant you that in certain situations his reversal game is subpar and his specials aren't safe on block, BUT what Mr. Phoenix is good at is dishing out a lot of damage in a short amount of time. His punish game is very good as well, able to make a opponent pay dearly for a mistake they make.
