QCF + A is definitely for Clothesline Rocket, but it is not for Rocket Launcher (by Rocket Launcher I mean just the rocket itself and not the rocket follow-ups)

The Rocket Launcher command is QCF + S and as no variations (No L, M or H) according to Maximillian
