More flexibility for the RE5 Jill. It's gonna be like using Cammy with Noel Vermillion moves!
Took a few tries, but I think you can reliably combo the machine gun spray with:
Flip Kick, Somersault Kick, and before she leaves the ground on the somersault kick, cancel into the machine gun spray, which should put the opponent in the optimal position to take the most damage. On Capt. America (training mode), did about 50% green, 25% red in about 36 hits or so.
L, M, H, Flip Kick, Somersault Kick, Machine Gun Spray.
I have one question and I think it's something that needs to be addressed: why is her level 3 a power up super? WHY? Because now she can teleport by holding left? What is the point of that and why does need to be 3 levels to use?
@7 If you cancel his flip kick into his Gun Spray Hyper, it deals descent damage. She is kinda hard to use.
@9 I think it's better and easier with the cartwheel kick instead of the flip kick.

WITH OTG ASSIST: cr.lm st.h cr.h back+h xx QCF+M , L xx QCF+L, L S > super jump forward> j.m j.m j.h , j.S ( slightly delayed) > land > OTG assist > dash > ( assist hits) QCF+L xx QCF+2 attacks . ( roughly 570,000 damage)
wazzap! anyways, if you do somersault (flash kick) into hyper 1, the hyper will do an buttload of damage. Her hyper 1 does much more damage when you pop the opponent into a certain height into the air.
