Make him way better than Zangief. & also have his moveset nice & MADNESS

I think his super is wrong "Love Storm"?

This guy's a beast.
Probably worth noting in this guide that his Super whiffs on airborne opponents, so the best way to end a tag combo with him is probably his EX gator slam

I noticed that too. His Super is best used as a punish IMO.

You guys probably know this by now but u can combo his super from a ground bounce. Example: Jump HK into super. Or if you use a character that ground bounces. Example: With Law I would do hcf MP tag marduk in and just charge the super (that was I dont waste the whole bar lol) :P
