It's most likely a typo same as Ouruboros. Most of Striders move names comes from myth, religions, symbols and legends, like Ragnarok, Excalibur and Ouroboros. Vajra is a symbol use in Buddhism thats all I know, but i have no idea what's a Vajira thou.

According to Clockw0rk's twitter, the sattelite summon/fireball is hcb + S. You probably have to repeat the motion again to fire the shot after summoning, like in MvC2.

Vajira was a Buddhist nun mentioned in the Samyutta Nikaya (I.134-55). She was confronted by Mara while meditating and asked about the origin and creator of her "Being", i.e., her soul. She responded by comparing one's "Being" to a chariot, showing that it had no permanent existence but was made up of constituent parts.

#13: I bet thats how alot of new strider players would be, them, or those who spam projectiles alot. Had that happen to me in a battle last night with my team of zero,arthur,and wesker, he spammed hadoukens with ryu and sentinel force charge assists.
