Ghost Rider has two moves with the same motion. This page will be updated with more information as it becomes available.

He also has a level 3 Hyper Move, Penance Stare, but I don't know the motion for it.

Apparently the srk motion does different things depending on the button pressed, or that's what I hear.

Penance Stare basically makes the victim feel all of the pain they caused to innocent victims throughout their life. And since it's a grab move, I'm gambling it's half-circle back & 2 attack buttons.

Also, if the Hellfire assist hits OTG, that's gonna make Johnny Blaze a refreshing alternative from Wesker.

If his assists are what I think they are, then Chain of Rebuttal is a full-screen chain whip
Heartless spire is that OTG spike attack
Hellfire is an OTG as well, but likely has some use in zoning because it seems to persist a little?

@17: Well they haven't officially come out said anything, but in interviews Niitsuma and S-Kill have acknowledged that they are real.

@18: More than likely HCB, considering how super grabs tend to work.
