+ Hail Storm is a good off the ground Hyper.

- Very low health, Storm can die quickly.
Storm is back and resembles her Marvel vs. Capcom 2 counterpart in some ways. She still has a fly command and some of her attacks can hit grounded opponents.
She still has a good keep away game and can land some big combos.

Storm encases the opponent in a big chunk of ice and wind pummels them.
Notable Normal Moves
Storm sticks out her foot and a whirlwind swirls around it. This move is Jump Cancellable on both hit and block.
