+ Strong keep away game.
+ Hail Storm is a good off the ground Hyper.

• Weaknesses •
- Very low health, Storm can die quickly.

Storm is back and resembles her Marvel vs. Capcom 2 counterpart in some ways. She still has a fly command and some of her attacks can hit grounded opponents.

She still has a good keep away game and can land some big combos.

Storm sticks out her foot and a whirlwind swirls around it. This move is Jump Cancellable on both hit and block.

storm bnb . cr.L cr.M S > j.H xx fly , wait a second ( not a whole second but you have to wait very long) , j.L j.H xx forward dash xx j.H xx dash xx j.H xx dash xx j.H xx dash xx j.H( your 5th and final j.H since youve entered flight , to get the most damage out of this i just listen for the 5 sounds j.H makes) xx dash xx j.S > land , hail storm ( use her shoruken super for dhc's)
