I main Hakan too because I like mopping the floor with characters that have to work hard to EARN their wins.

A fun character to play with and difficult to win against shotos. Hakan's the best, now let's oil up!

One of Hakan's primary ways of attacking is using an oil slide that hits with the tail end of the move and then mashing out an Oil Rocket at the end of it. As the match progresses, the opponent gets wise to this and starts jumping or attempting to throw after the blocked slide. That's when you can hit them with the special instead.
I've never tried it myself though. It's still dumb. I just wanted to mention that it CAN be used if you're willing to gamble a full Super Bar on a hunch.
