Your Light Punch Shoryuken is very difficult for Chun Li players to deal with in this match. It will punish her badly for jumping in and help prevent her from throwing out her great pokes.
Use a lot of Light Punch Fireballs to pester her into jumping in at you so you can nail her with a Shoryuken. And when you score a knock down, it's usually best not to go for a cross up. Simply start chucking more projectiles at her again and force her to get around your Fireball set ups.
This can be a frustrating match for Chun Li players and they need to be patient as punishing your mistakes isn't easy, and mounting any kind of consistent offensive against Ken's Dragon Punches can be difficult.
