Special Moves

Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick (Can also be used in the air)
Web Ball (Projectile)
Spider-Man does his trademark attack, shooting out webs. The Hard Punch version will wrap up your opponent briefly allowing you to combo them after wards. When used in the air, his Web Shot arcs down-towards, much like Akuma's Air Fireball in the Street Fighter games.

Spider Uppercut (Spider Sting)
Spider-Man's Dragon Punch type move. Pressing Punch again after landing the initial blow will make you smack your opponent again while you're in the air.

Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick
Web Throw
Shoots a web at your opponent, and if it hits Spider-Man will swing them around and throw them. Spider-Man won't do a follow up throw if you're too far away though. Light Punch travels straight across the screen. Hard Punch travels diagonally up-forward, which is angled to hit jumping characters.

Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick (Can also be done in the air)
Web Swing
Shoots a web into the ceiling which Spider-Man swings on and attempts to kick his opponent. You cannot follow up with an air attack after wards though. You have to wait until you land to attack again.

Joystick or Joystick Joystick
Air Dash
Spider-Man shoots a web into the ceiling and swings forward very quickly. He doesn't kick though, but you can attack as soon as you stop swinging.

Joystick (In the Air when close to a wall)
Wall Jump
Press in the opposite direction of a wall when you're near it.

Hyper (Super) Moves

Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick (Can also be done in the air)
Maximum Spider
Spider-Man hops back and then slices in very quickly attempting to hit his opponent. After performing this move, you can control which angle Spider-Man attacks at by holding in a certain direction.

Holding down or not holding anything at all makes him attack low, holding left or right makes him attack fairly high still, but he pretty much flies straight across the screen after jumping backwards. Holding up makes him arc WAY up to try and catch an airborne opponent.

Crawler Assault (Rushing Attack)
You charge forward doing a series of attacks.

Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick
Hyper Web Throw
Spider-Man jumps backwards and shoots a fairly large web out at a down-towards angle. If this hits your opponent, he'll spin them around a bunch and slam them into the ground.

I ran into a very good Spidey online today. Kicked my ass to high heaven and used some REALLY effective combos, many of which ended with crawler assault.

Makes me wanna step up my Spidey game.
