Special Moves

Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick (Can also be used in the air)
Typhoon (Projectile)
Storm summons a typhoon, which is her main projectile.

Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick (Can also be used in the air)
Double Typhoon (Ground Attack)
Generates a two typhoons at your opponent's feet.

Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick (Must be in the air)
Lightning Sphere
Light Punch throws a projectile at a downwards angle, Hard Punch throws it directly across the screen.

Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick (Can also be used in the air)
Lightning Attack
Storm launches at her opponent with a hand full of lightning, very similar to Wolverine's Drill Claw. This can be done in any direction and also performed in the air. From the ground she cannot angle it downwards though.

Flying
Makes Storm fly around for a long period of time. Great move.

Joystick plus any direction in the air
Air Dash
Simply hold in whichever direction you want to fly while jumping, then press the two punch buttons at the same time and you can Air Dash with Storm.

Joystick (while jumping)
Float
This slows your descent when jumping.

Hyper (Super) Moves

Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick Joystick (Can also be done in the air)
Lightning Storm
Storm jumps into the air and shoots a bunch of lightning out in all directions.

Hail Storm
She flies back and makes a heck of a lot of hail fall from the sky.

you said storm lunches at an oponent shouldn't it be launches??

Double Typhoon is super good against turtle enemies. Remember to not abuse it or get predictable those.

OH!
Good storm combo...
c. lk st. hk launcher, SJ lp, lk, mp, mk, xx lightning attack lightning attack (up forward works well) xx lightning storm

another note on storm,
her hail storm does nasty chip and can close out a match.
hit with the right assist (such as psylockes anti air) and you can combo this super for damage
also this move can be used to cause harm to risky assist calls by the other player
