The leader of the evil organization Shadaloo, Bison is responsible for the underground trade of drugs and weapons. He possesses a supernatural power known as Psycho Power that he wields for evil purposes.
The former overlord of the secret crime organization Shadaloo is beyond morals and the very ideas of right and wrong.
From drug rings to human experiments and weapon sales, M. Bison was once the ruler of the underworld and his Psycho Power could not be stopped.
With his supposed demise at the end of the second World Warrior Tournament and the fall of Shadaloo, many believed that was the last they'd see of Bison.
How wrong they were.
Bison has returned with a new body constructed by Shadaloo scientists, and this time the body is strong enough to withstand the full power of his Psycho Power.
The dark warlord emerges once again, ready to reclaim his rightful place at the head of Shadaloo and return it to its former terrifying glory.

I don't think I am getting the same respect that I had in the Alpha series. I don't have my Psycho Shot, my anti-air Psycho Crusher, my head stomp reverse mix-ups, or my quick teleportation. My throwing distance has been cut in half, and even though I can chain some combos now, a good Ryu or Sagat and dragon punch me in the middle of it by mashing the controller.
Sure I may intimidate some, but I am being hindered from my true potential. The guys at the SRK forum continually enjoy telling me that I don't need my Psycho Shot and that my rush game is great, however those same guys are the one that keep dragon punching me out of my rushing game and I am then cornered with no escape.
The truth in the matter is, how many tournaments have you seen me win? Have you even saw me be a real contender in EVO? If I had the real tools like I had in Alpha then the statement that says I have a body that can withstand the full power of my Psycho Power would be true, but now it's a mockery just to intimidate people and Capcom to make me weak.
Look how they intentionally avoid giving me a real Ultra that can link. Look how little my arms are when I use my jumping medium punch. Chun Li's arms are far bigger than mines when she uses her air punches. I have very little anti-air options, all because of how I use to be a monster. Shame on Capcom and the SRKs!

Bison's current body cannot handle his full psycho power. It would have been able to had he let the scientists finish, but he insisted on using it before it was ready.

Alpha bison was a load of crap, giving him a fireball didn't suit bison, psycho crusher is his signature along with knee press, not psycho shot.
Everyones dam throw distance has been cut, and with EX knee press and EX Head stomp shoto fighters can kiss his ass, dragon punch will almost always be broken or hits traded with Head stomp and the EX version almost always breaks it outright
