The 12 characters from Street Fighter II have all of their Super Turbo colors (and Fei-Long, too), so why Ryu doesn't?

it would be funny if Ryu's alternate combo started you off with half health considering that he looks beat up.

I'm partially colorblind, so someone's going to have to help me out. Is Ryu's 8th color a different shade of black than the 10th one? Or is it like a REALLY REALLY dark green?

8th color is a lighter shade of black (also yellow gloves)
10th is just black.
