I'm partially colorblind, so someone's going to have to help me out. Is Ryu's 8th color a different shade of black than the 10th one? Or is it like a REALLY REALLY dark green?

8th color is a lighter shade of black (also yellow gloves) 10th is just black.

The 12 characters from Street Fighter II have all of their Super Turbo colors (and Fei-Long, too), so why Ryu doesn't?

And Alt. 2, Color 1 is pretty close to Todo without the body armor.
