ahh i wish the alt costume would have the mask from his original costume :( love that mask.. somehow.. anyway, u get these costumes in sets like Shadaloo-Set (Boxer, Dictator, Claw, Sagat, Seth outfits) from the playstation store or in its xbox version, depends on the system.. of course.. :P there are 5 sets for all the 25 chars but if u search a bit u can also get a complete set with all 25 costumes in it, little bit cheaper as if u would buy all 5 seperatly.
I have alternate costumes but can't figure out which folder represents vega. I've tried the VEG folder but that changes Bison's. I tried the BSN folder but that didn't work. Strange...

To hugh- you must have gotten the japanese version. Claw's costume is on the Balrog folder

I can't help but call the alternate "Pirate Vega". =D I still use it occasionally though. I'm partial to his original palette and costume though.
