After looking at the art galleries from the other Street Fighter games then looking at this Street Fighter IV art it makes you wonder if the people in Capcom's art department started doing PCP or something else because this artwork is terrible. Any person with an unaffected mind would see that this artwork is a bad.

Their worst artwork to date. What happened?

absolutely fabtastic!!! a MASSIVE inspiration to me, the techniques and brushstrokes make it exquisite!
one day i want to draw street fighters like that :D

This is the first art in the street fighter series that, from what the udon pub street fighter book says was produced outside the cap-com art department and I think you can see the concepts for the original from sf4 in the original console release...
Not as good as the usual but pretty cool, anyway.
