Personally, I liked the concept art for Rufus. He was black, bald, not over weight and in Kens alt SF4 costume. I think he might have been a bit more popular if he wasn't a fat tub'o'lard.

I don't know why so many fans dislike Rufus. He's a good fighter.

Rufus is hot. If you dont like his looks then just ignore him and go look at sakura or cammy or something and leave him all for me lol

I think Rufus should have had a 'fro, personally. Maybe a Mohawk, or even a Frohawk...they could have changed it for the alt. costume...they could have...:(

I think Rufus is one of the best designed characters ever in a fighting game, even by Capcom's awesome standards :-) He just looks so alive and vibrant in the game
