he could be ssf4 maybe hes the guy that helped abel to stay alive after he left the shadowloo lab :)

Considering cody is in ssf4 rolento might either be in the game as a playable character or just a cameo like hugo

I'm thinking just a cameo, they SHOULD put him in though, he was my favorite in Alpha!
