Gill looks like Seth with half paint red and blonde hair. Not very creative. I hope they put in Dictator as the number one Villain in SF5. Still nice ArtworkZz.

I've haven't played the Street Fighter III series but Gill looks tough.

Dictator as boss in SF5? Nooo! Let's see what Oro can do with BOTH arms instead. He might be an old fart, but he's way too badass to forget.
